Shopping for Jellycat
We are happy to be your destination for shopping for Jellycat! When placing your orders please note the following...
Because of the high demand for this item orders may take a bit longer to fill, but it will be a high priority to have them shipped to you as quickly as possible. Orders already placed that have not been fulfilled yet will ship as soon as available again.
Please do not place separate orders to ship together. We may not be able to accommodate this. You will be charges shipping fees on each order. Because of this, it's best to wait until everything is available and place one order.
WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP JELLYCAT TO CANADIAN AND US ADDRESSES. We are not able to sell Jellycat for shipping to the UK or any other destinations outside of Canada and the United States.
Jellycat sells quickly. If you are coming to visit our Distillery District Jellycat shop-in-shop, please be aware that when you view an item online and it appears as available, the status of our inventory can change at any time. If it shows that an item (for example) "Ships in 1 week", the Jellie is available but is not in our store and is awaiting transfer from our warehouse.
Filling your order. Orders placed on weekdays are usually filled within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 5PM on Fridays are not processed until after the weekend. There are times when we ask for your patience, as demand may be high and it may take us a little longer than normal to fill your order. Rest assured that your order will go out as quickly as possible and that you will receive an email when it is ready.
All purchases of Jellycat are final sale.
If you are ordering to ship to the US, please note that you will be required to pay duties and brokerage fees before the package can be delivered. You are responsible for any duties and fees charged. THESE ARE NOT PRE-PAID. You will be contacted by our shipper (UPS) with the amount you will need to pay (which can be done online) before delivery can be made. If the duties and fees are not paid, packages may be returned to us. We can only issue you a refund less your original shipping fee plus any cost to return the package if it is returned. If you have questions about duties please contact UPS at 1-866-493-7140 ext. 5 to dispute a charge and ext. 2 to make a payment.
There are limits per customer on some Jellies. This is based on availability and demand and is per customer (the same household), not per order. Please respect the limits - it will allow as many customers as possible to have the opportunity to own their favourite Jellie. We reserve the right to edit orders in accordance with our stated limits. You will be notified if your order had been edited and you will have the opportunity to request other items. Customers will only be charged for what they receive.
If you are shipping to the US and place your order with the Shop app, you will be charged the local taxes for that destination. This applies only to purchases through the Shop app. If you order directly from our website and are shipping to a US address you are not charged your local taxes.
Cancelling an order. If an order has not shipped or not been picked up in store, we can cancel your order and you will be refunded, however we must be notified within 48 hours of the order being placed. You will not be able to cancel the order through our website yourself, so please send an email to bergodesigns@gmail.com with your order number and your request. You will receive a reply or order cancellation email within 48 hours.
THERE IS NO DISCOUNT ON JELLYCAT.
We do not provide Jellycat branded shopping bags with online orders.
We currently are not offering in store pick up.
