Shopping for Jellycat

We are happy to be your destination for shopping for Jellycat! When placing your orders please note the following...

There are limits per customer on some Jellies. This is based on availability and demand and is per customer (the same household), not per order. Please respect the limits - it will allow as many customers as possible to have the opportunity to own their favourite Jellie. We reserve the right to edit orders in accordance with our stated limits. You will be notified if your order had been edited and you will have the opportunity to request other items. Customers will only be charged for what they receive. 

Jellycat sells quickly. If you are coming to visit our Distillery District Jellycat shop-in-shop, please be aware that when you view an item online and it appears as available, the status of our inventory can change at any time. If it shows that an item "Ships in 1 week", the Jellie is available but is not in our store and is awaiting transfer from our warehouse. 

Filling your order. Orders placed on weekdays are usually filled within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 5PM on Fridays are not processed until after the weekend. There are times when we ask for your patience, as demand may be high and it may take us a little longer than normal to fill your order. Rest assured that your order will go out as quickly as possible and that you will receive an email when it is ready. 

All purchases of Jellycat are final sale. 

Cancelling an order. If an order has not shipped or not been picked up in store, we can cancel your order and you will be refunded, however we must be notified within 48 hours of the order being placed. You will not be able to cancel the order through our website yourself, so please send an email to bergodesigns@gmail.com with your order number and your request. You will receive a reply or order cancellation email within 48 hours. 

Their is no discount on Jellycat.

If you have requested in store pick up, please do so within 2 weeks. If that is a problem for you, email us at bergodesigns@gmail.com so we can help you. Any order not picked up after 2 weeks may be cancelled and refunded, with the exception of seasonal Jellycat. There are no refunds on seasonal Jellycat.
