Our store is located in Toronto, Canada's Historic Distillery District. The Distillery District is a pedestrian only area and our address is 28 Tank House Lane. We are open seven days a week. Our store hours are updated regularly on the website.

Although everything in the store is not on our website, we would love to help accommodate online purchases for anything you might find in our brick and mortar store. Please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail.com (photographs of the item(s) are helpful.)

We are not able to take telephone orders. Orders must be placed through our online store.

Absolutely! All items that are out of stock will have an EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE button. Click it and fill in the pop up form and submit. As soon as that item is back in stock, you will receive an email with a link to place an order. Unfortunately some items may no longer be available in which case you will not receive a Back In Stock email. 

Is there something that you couldn't find in our store? Send us a request and we will do our best to get availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time for you. Special orders are final sale.

We will do our best to help you with that. If you need to edit any contact or shipping information, please inform us immediately. Packages will be delivered to the shipping address on the order. If you have not received notification that your order is ready for delivery, contact us at bergodesigns@gmail and specify what you would like to change. If you have already received a shipping notification we will not be able to make any changes.

Yes, we offer free in store pick up. Orders are usually ready on weekdays within 24 hours. Weekend orders may not be ready until Monday. Please wait for an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. You will not be able to pick up your order without that notification. Our staff will ask to see the email and then will retrieve your order. Orders can be picked up at our store at 28 Tanks House Lane in the Distillery District during regular business hours. We ask you to pick up your order in a timely fashion. Orders not picked up within two weeks may be cancelled.

Unfortunately, due to the current high cost of shipping, we are not able to provide free shipping, except during special promotions.

Yes, we do! For local orders, if you are in our courier delivery area that will be an option at checkout. If you are not in the local Toronto area served by our courier and all other Canadian addresses, your package will be shipped with UPS. Remote locations and addresses with a PO box may be delivered by Canada Post. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order is on its way. Pricing is based on the delivery address. We have currently paused shipping to the USA.

We can ship to most countries. If you do not see the country as being available to ship to, please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail and we will provide more information. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY SHIP JELLYCAT TO ADDRESSES IN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES. Pricing depends on size and weight of the package and the delivery address. Delivery time varies as packages must go through customs. All shipments are trackable and you will receive a tracking number when the package is on its way.

We only want happy customers. Although some items are final sale (such as SALE items and special orders), please advise us that you would like to request a return. Visit our RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY page for more information on returning items that you are not happy with or that are defective or damaged.

We have a choice of Gift Cards, depending on how you would like to use them. We are not able to issue Gift Cards that can be used bothin store or online. Please decide how you would like to use the Gift Card and purchase the appropriate card. If you would like a custom amount for either type of Gift Card, please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail with your request.
