Filling Your Order
We make every effort to normally fill orders within 24-48 hours. There are times when due to the volume of orders it may take us longer. As we would like to put our efforts towards filling orders, we appreciate your patience and ask you to wait for a shipping confirmation rather than emailing us. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to ship or pick up.
Orders placed after 5PM Friday and on the weekend may not be filled and delivered over the weekend.
While we do our best to completely fill your order, there may be times when an item or items are out of stock and we are not able to ship the complete order. In those circumstances we will refund the missing item(s) and you will receive an email showing your edited order and payment. Please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to choose a replacement for the missing item(s). We will reply during weekdays from 10AM - 6PM EST.

When filling in your information in the shopping cart, we ask you to please use only English characters for the customers name, billing address, and shipping address.
If the item(s) you ordered are identified as "special orders", you will find an estimated delivery time noted on the product page. In the event that there will be a delay, we will do our best to contact you. Otherwise, you will receive a notification only when the order is fulfilled.
