Filling Your Order
We make every effort to fill orders within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to ship or pick up.
Orders may not be filled and delivered over the weekend.
While we do our best to completely fill your order, there may be times when an item or items are out of stock and we are not able to ship the complete order. In those circumstances we will refund the missing item(s) and you will receive an email showing your edited order and payment. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or would like to choose a replacement for the missing item(s).

If the item(s) you ordered are identified as "special orders", you will find an estimated delivery time noted on the product page. In the event that there will be a delay, we will do our best to contact you. Otherwise, you will receive a notification only when the order is fulfilled.
