We make every effort to fill orders within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to ship or pick up, if that is the option you choose.

No orders will be filled and delivered over the weekend. 

While we do our best to completely fill your order, there may be times when an item or items are out-of-stock and we are not able to ship the complete order. In those circumstances we will refund the missing item(s) and review the order on a case-by-case basis. If the cost of the merchandise being shipped has fallen under $200 (our free shipping threshold), we will review the shipping cost and contact you before your order is shipped. You will be given the opportunity to replace the item with an in-stock item or pay for shipping.

If your order is being delivered in Toronto will have two choices for delivery. If you are in the Mile 1 delivery area, that choice will be available and we encourage you to choose Mile 1. You will be able to schedule your delivery at your convenience. If your order is being delivered in the greater Toronto area (GTA), please note that we have listed on our Shipping Information page all of the areas covered by this courier service. If you choose that option but your shipping address is not within that area, we will ship your order by Canada Post, in which case you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number.

If the item(s) you ordered are identified as "special orders", you will find an estimated delivery time noted on the product page. In the event that there will be a delay, we will contact you.
