Returns and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

(Please note that our return policy for in-store purchases differs from our online purchase return policy.)

We will gladly accept unused merchandise in original condition and accompanied with your enclosed proof of purchase. Please email us with your intent to return within one week of receiving your item(s). If we have not received notification, returns may not be accepted after that time. Please send your email to: bergodesigns@gmail.com with "Return Notification" in the subject line.

We accept in person returns at our Distillery District store. Refunds can not be issued for items returned after 60 days from purchase. 

Shipping fees will not be refunded. A restocking fee may apply. 

There are no refunds on special orders.

Any returns from the United States will be responsible for duties charged to Bergo Designs upon return.

SALE items are final sale.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCESS

Please follow the steps below:

Please contact us immediately if you are planning to return your purchase / gift by emailing us at bergodesigns@gmail.com.

Ensure all items are in the original product packaging, unwashed, unused, and in sellable condition. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. 

Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund (less original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirming the refund. If rejected we will notify you.

Gift cards, sale items, and consumables are final sale.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for refunding items that are untracked and uninsured if they do not arrive. 

 Exchanges will be treated as a new order and there may be charges for shipping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

Please contact us immediately if the item(s) you receive is defective or damaged by emailing us at bergodesigns@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process. We will provide a shipping label for returns of damaged or defective items.

BREAKAGE IN A DELIVERY SHIPMENT

Please unpack your order completely. In the event that an item(s) is received damaged, please keep all original packaging, photograph the damaged packaging and product, and contact our Customer Service Department immediately at bergodesigns@gmail.com. Delayed requests (more than three days of delivery) may not be honoured.

GIFT RETURNS

As we are only able to refund the purchaser, the recipient of any gift that is returned can choose to receive either an online gift card or in-store credit note for the returned item(s). Gift Cards may not be cashed in, they may only be used towards a purchase.

CREDIT NOTES & ONLINE GIFT CARDS

Credit notes and online gift cards never expire and are non-transferable. Credit notes may only be used in store. 

PRICING

Product availability and prices are subject to change. Bergo Designs reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update product pricing, availability, or other information at any time without prior notice.

WARRANTIES

All warranties are with the manufacturers. Should you have a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer directly. If you need further assistance, please email us at info@bergo.ca.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Once you receive an email from us that a refund has been issued, the process has begun. If you haven’t received a refund in a timely fashion, please contact your payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail.com.
