We have unique gifts for everyone on your list. Make sure to shop early for the best selection of gifts and holiday decor. Order an Online Gift Card and it will be sent to your inbox for you to forward to the recipient. 

WE SHIP MOST PACKAGES IN CANADA WITH UPS

Delivery times do not include possible delivery delays such as difficult weather conditions or other conditions beyond the shipper's control. Remote locations may be sent by Canada Post.

SHIPPING DEADLINES FOR DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 24TH

Shipping to all locations in Canada outside of the GTA: Order must be placed by December 16th. Please allow more time for remote locations.

Local GTA deliveries by courier: Order must be placed by noon, December 22nd. WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES (not business addresses) UNTIL AFTER THE HOLIDAYS.

Pick up in store: Order must be placed by noon, December 22nd.

International Shipping: Orders must be placed by November 28th. Please leave time for your package to be processed by customs. We do not ship to the United States at this time.

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. We are experiencing a high volume of web orders, so please give us time to fill your order. Orders placed after 5:30PM Friday and on the weekend may not be processed until Monday. 

Online Gift Cards will be processed right away.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a very busy time for us and merchandise may sell out. Although we try our best to complete all orders, if anything from your order is no longer available, you will be notified and a full refund for that item(s) will be applied.

Also, please do not call the store with inquiries. Our staff is very busy helping shoppers in our store during this busy time and the phone may not be answered and it may take some time for voicemails to be addressed. If you have questions or concerns, send an email to bergodesigns@gmail.com and someone will get back to you.

GIFT CARDS: We offer two types of gift cards. One is for use online only and is emailed to you to forward to the recipient. These are processed right away and can only be used on our online store, not in our Distillery District store. We also have physical gift cards which are for use only in our Distillery District store. These will be mailed to the person at the Shipping Address in your shopping cart. If there is an amount that you would like that is not offered, please contact us directly at bergodesigns@gmail.com and we will be happy to accommodate that.

SHIPPING & PICK UP OPTIONS

  • PICKING UP IN STORE? Please wait until you receive an email notification that your order is ready. Until you receive that email, your order may not be available for pick up. Order by NOON December 23rd to pick up before Christmas. Please note that we have limited space and appreciate timely pick ups. 
  • COURIER DELIVERY / GTA: If you are in the greater Toronto courier delivery area, that option will appear at checkout. If you choose this option, once your order is ready we will schedule delivery. You will receive a notification from our service, TREXITY, when your order is on its way and you can live track it. Most deliveries will be within 24-48 hours of placing the order (if placed on a weekday.) For Christmas delivery ORDER MUST BE PLACED BY NOON DECEMBER 22nd. No signature is required. Trexity will not deliver to PICK UP locations.
  • All other Canadian deliveries will be shipped by UPS, or Canada Post for remote locations. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is fulfilled.

    • PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL. WE SUGGEST THAT TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENTS, PLEASE SHOP EARLY.

    SHOPPING

    GIFT WRAP 

    We gift wrap in a selection of wraps with coordinating ribbon. There is a gift wrap fee of $10 per item. PLEASE INDICATE WHICH ITEM/S IS/ARE TO BE WRAPPED by checking the appropriate box on the product page. Choose your gift wrap and add a message before you add your item to your shopping cart. For hard to wrap items we will provide our signature Bergo Designs gift bag and tissue at no charge. A gift message can be added and any other special instructions can also be added in the Notes section of the CART page. We will not wrap any gifts in which the gift wrap fee has not been added to the order.

    GIFT RECEIPTS

    Please also indicate in the Note section on the CART page whether you would like a gift receipt included. All orders will come with a receipt (with prices) unless you ask us not include it. Gift receipts will show the recipient the name of the person who placed the order. If you prefer that the gift be a surprise, please request that we leave out a gift receipt. 

    RETURNS

    Should the recipient like to return their gift, they may do so by January 15th. Items must be unused and in the original, intact packaging, and in sellable condition. They must bring the invoice that is included when shipped. They can exchange the item(s) for something else or we will issue a store credit that they may use at any time. Store credits do not expire. We can not issue refunds to gift recipients. Please note that all Jellycat is FINAL SALE and may not be returned for refund or exchange. Also, all food items are final sale and may not be returned for refund or exchange.
