Skyline Chess | London vs New York

Which city will come out on top in a game of London vs New York Chess? Born out of a love of architecture and chess, designers Ian Flood and Chris Prosser reimagine some of the world’s most iconic buildings as chess pieces and bring them to life in Skyline Chess sets. In this set London landmarks like Big Ben, the London Eye, Canary Wharf, the Gherkin, and the Shard become chess pieces. Lining up on the other side of the board are the Guggenheim, the Flatiron Building, the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, the Freedom Tower, and brownstones. Each piece is cast in injection moulded acrylic, double weighted, and has a soft felt base. This 32-piece set will delight both chess and design enthusiasts.
