Sitges Bottle Coaster

The Sitges Bottle Coaster is part of Alessi's Extra Ordinary Metal Collection, designed by Lluís Clotet. The collection brings together the manufacturing expertise of Alessi with ancient Italian goldsmith's techniques to explore new definitions of metallic surfaces. Crafted in brass, a malleable material used by Alessi since the 1930s, the surface offers an industrial take on Etruscan granulation. The arrangement of the "granules" following the pleasing geometric order of the Golden Ratio.
