Savon du Chef

Alessi's Savon du Chef is such a useful tool for your kitchen you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. Designed by Frédéric Gooris, this small garlic-shaped stainless steel "soap" eliminates odours from your fingers. After chopping garlic, onions, or any other pungent ingredient, rub it under cold water for a few seconds and you'll have fresh smelling hands. You can use the top of the "bulb" to remove food residue from under your fingernails.
