Antechinus Cheese Knife
The Antechinus Cheese Knife is named for a little mouse native to Australia. Anita Dineen designed this knife for Alessi's Objet Bijoux collection to recall both a slice of cheese and a mouse that enjoys the cheese. The curve has a sensuous grip, giving the knife a balanced feel in your hand. It also can stand on its blade and both sides of the blade are sharpened, making it suitable for mature cheeses.
