USA SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please carefully read our shipping policy.

When you shop on our website from the United States, prices should automatically be be displayed in US dollars (USD) and you will see USD next to the dollar amount. If not, choose USD from the drop down menu in the upper right corner to show the converted price. 

We charge a flat fee for shipping depending on the shipping address. Oversized packages may necessitate extra shipping fees. We will contact you if that applies to your order.

Due to changes in US government policy, you will be charged duties and customs brokerage fees payable upon delivery. These are duties levied by the US government and brokerage fees that are charged by UPS. They are not pre-paid. You will be contacted by our shipper (UPS) with the amount you will need to pay before delivery can be made. The payment can be made online. If the duties and brokerage fees are not paid, packages may be returned to us. We can only issue you a refund less your original shipping fee plus any cost to return the package if it is returned. It is also possible that UPS will consider the package abandoned, in which case we will not be able to process any refund.

Orders will be shipped with the UPS. A tracking number will emailed to you when your package is ready. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery.

If you are shipping to the US and place your order with the Shop app, you will be charged the local taxes for that destination. This applies only to purchases through the Shop app. If you order directly from our website and are shipping to a US address you are not charged your local taxes.
