WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED AND WHAT ARE THE STORE HOURS?

Our store is located in Toronto, Canada's Historic Distillery District. The Distillery District is a pedestrian only area and our address is 28 Tank House Lane. We are open seven days a week. Our store hours are updated regularly on the website.

IS EVERYTHING IN THE STORE AVAILABLE ONLINE?

Although everything in the store is not on our website, we would love to help accommodate online purchases for anything you might find in our brick and mortar store. Please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail.com (photographs of the item(s) are helpful.)

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?

We are not able to take telephone orders. Orders must be placed through our online store.

ARE YOU ABLE TO SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS?

Is there something that you couldn't find in our store? Send us a request and we will do our best to get availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time for you. Special orders are final sale.

I'M HAVING PROBLEMS PLACING MY ORDER. I CAN'T APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We provide free shipping to Canadian addresses on most orders $200 and up (before tax.) Some exceptions may apply for oversized packages and some shipping destinations. We will contact you to discuss options if this applies to your order.

I'VE PLACED AN ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Thank you for ordering! We're sure that you are excited to receive it quickly and we will be processing it immediately,  although orders placed on the weekend may not be processed until Monday. Visit our FILLING YOUR ORDER page for more detailed information.

ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO IT?

We will do our best to help you with that. If you need to edit any contact or shipping information, please inform us immediately. Packages will be delivered to the shipping address on the order. If you have not received notification that your order is ready for delivery, contact us at bergodesigns@gmail.com and specify what you would like to change. If you have already received a shipping notification we will not be able to make any changes. If you have chosen Pick Up at checkout, we can either help you through the website or in store. 

DO YOU SHIP TO ALL CANADIAN ADDRESSES?

Yes, we do! For orders delivered in the Greater Toronto area you can choose at checkout to Pick Up in our store or one of two courier delivery services, depending on the delivery address. For orders delivered to all other parts of Ontario and Canada, your package will be shipped with UPS, Canada Post, or ICS Courier. You will be provided with a tracking number once the order is on its way. Pricing is based on the delivery address. For more information visit our SHIPPING INFORMATION page

DO YOU SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES?

We are happy to ship to the US. For more information visit our USA SHIPPING INFORMATION page. Pricing is based on delivery address. Please note that at checkout we are only able to accept payment in Canadian dollars. While you will see the pricing in USD while shopping, you will be charged in Canadian dollars, but the amount will convert to USD when you are billed. All shipments are trackable and you will receive a tracking number when the package is on its way.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We can ship to most countries. If you do not see the country as being available to ship to, please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail.com and we will provide more information. Pricing depends on size and weight of the package and the delivery address. Delivery time varies as packages must go through customs. All shipments are trackable and you will receive a tracking number when the package is on its way.

I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. WHAT CAN I DO?

We only want happy customers. Although some items are final sale (such as SALE items, food items, and special orders), please advise us that you would like to request a return. Visit our RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY page for more information on returning items that you are not happy with or that are defective or damaged.

DO YOU ISSUE GIFT CARDS?

We have a choice of Gift Cards, depending on how you would like to use them. We are not able to issue Gift Cards that can be used both in store or online. Please decide how you would like to use the Gift Card and purchase the appropriate card. If you would like a custom amount for either type of Gift Card, please contact us at bergodesigns@gmail.com with your request. Online Gift Cards are issued immediately and physical Gift Cards to be used in the store are mailed (there is no charge for mailing Gift Cards.) To order a Gift Card visit GIFT CARDS.

I FOUND THE PERFECT ITEM BUT IT'S OUT OF STOCK. CAN I REQUEST A NOTIFICATION?

Absolutely! All items that are out of stock will have an EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE button. Fill in the pop up form and submit. As soon as that item is back in stock, you will receive an email with a link to place an order. Unfortunately some items may no longer be available and you will not receive a Back In Stock email.
