Made in Sheffield, England by a company dedicated to manufacturing quality knives since the 1800s, the Brooklyn Carving set from Taylor's Eye Witness combines a contemporary look with traditional knife-making know how. The set includes a 17cm carving fork and 20cm carving knife, each with anti-bacterial hard ceramic coated blades that are sharp and sturdy and comfortable soft grip handles and copper coloured bolsters. The super sharp hollow ground blade of the knife is hard to blunt but easy to sharpen.
