The Paris electric pepper mill combines the movement of a manual mill with the efficacy of an electric mill. Peugeot pepper mills are found in the kitchens of the world's greatest chefs because they are simply great at what they do – grind pepper to your desired consistency. The mechanism is made of case-hardened steel, designed to crack the peppercorns before the actual grinding process. The grooves on the mechanism are individually cut into the metal and then case hardened, making them virtually indestructible. Peugeot’s u’Select feature lets you choose your preferred grind, with six settings from ultra-fine to coarse. The gleaming black lacquer finish gives the classic shape a contemporary feel.
