We have unique gifts for everyone on your list. Make sure to shop early for the best selection of gifts and holiday decor. Order an Online Gift Card and it will be sent to your inbox for you to forward.
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed on the weekend may not be processed until Monday. Online Gift Cards will be processed right away.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a very busy time for us and merchandise may sell out. Although we try our best to complete all orders, if anything from your order is no longer available you will be notified and a full refund for that item(s) will be applied.
WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SHIP FOOD ITEMS OUTSIDE OF CANADA.
SHIPPING & PICK UP OPTIONS
- PICKING UP IN STORE? Please wait until you receive an email notification that your order is ready. Until you receive that email, your order may not be available for pick up. Order by NOON December 21st to pick up before Christmas. Please note that we have limited space and appreciate timely pick ups.
- COURIER DELIVERY / Downtown and Midtown Toronto: If your shipping address is within the Accelerated Delivery with MILE1 area, that will be available as a shipping option (it will not appear as an option if the billing address is not in area.) If you choose this option once your order is ready you will receive a text or email from MILE1 inviting you to schedule your delivery for a specific day and time. You must schedule your delivery for your package to be delivered. If you do not receive a notification from MILE1, please contact us. Deadline for ordering for MILE1 delivery before Christmas is NOON December 21st. Availability of delivery times may become limited close to the that date, so shop early. MILE1 is providing contactless delivery. No signature is required at delivery. If you have special instructions for the courier, please add that when scheduling your delivery. MILE1 will not deliver to PICK UP locations.
- COURIER DELIVERY / GTA: If you are in the GTA courier delivery area, the option will appear at checkout. If you choose this option once your order is ready we will schedule delivery. Delivery will be within 24 hours of your order being fulfilled. You will receive a notification from our service, TREXITY, when your order is on its way and you can live track it. For Christmas delivery ORDER MUST BE PLACED BY NOON DECEMBER 21st. No signature is required. If you have special instructions for our courier, either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a note on your door for the courier. Trexity will not deliver to PICK UP locations.
- All other Canadian deliveries will be shipped by Canada Post or ICS Courier. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is fulfilled.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL. WE SUGGEST THAT TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENTS, PLEASE SHOP EARLY.
- DEADLINE FOR PACKAGES TO BE DELIVERED INTERNATIONALLY IS NOVEMBER 20TH, HOWEVER AS ALL PACKAGES MUST PASS THROUGH CUSTOMS IN YOUR HOME COUNTRY, DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 25TH CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED.
We gift wrap in a selection of wraps with black and silver Bergo Designs ribbon. There is a gift wrap fee of $10 per item. PLEASE INDICATE WHICH ITEM/S IS/ARE TO BE WRAPPED by checking the appropriate box on the product page under "CLICK FOR GIFT OPTIONS" after adding the item to your shopping cart. For hard to wrap items we will provide our signature Bergo Designs gift bag and tissue at no charge. Add a gift message can be added as a GIFT OPTION and any other special instructions in the Notes section. We will not wrap any gifts in which the gift wrap fee has not been added to the order.
Please also indicate in the Note section whether you would like a gift receipt included. All orders will come with a receipt (with prices) unless you ask us not include it. Gift receipts will show the recipient the name of the person who placed the order. If you prefer that the gift be a surprise, please request that we leave out a gift receipt.
Should the recipient like to return their gift, they may do so by January 15th. Items must be in the original, intact packaging and in sellable condition. They must bring the invoice that is included when shipped. They can exchange the item(s) for something else or we will issue a store credit that they may use at any time. Store credits to not expire.

Canada Post or ICS: Toronto (local) - Order by December 18th
Canada Post or ICS: Ontario - Order by NOON December 18th
Canada Post or ICS: National - Order by December 15th
USA: Order by December 14th
We will do our best to expedite orders for shipping but can not guarantee that Canada Post or ICS deliveries will be in time for Christmas for any orders placed from December 19th going forward.
Orders placed between December 23rd - December 27th will be processed on December 28th.
