- PICKING UP IN STORE? Please wait until you receive an email notification that your order is ready. Until you receive that email, your order may not be available for pick up.
- SAME DAY MILE1 COURIER DELIVERY: If your shipping address is within the Same Day Delivery area, that will be available as a shipping option (it will not appear as an option if the billing address is not in area.) Note that delivery can not be booked for the same day within 3 hours of our store closing. Once your order is ready, you will receive a text or email from MILE1 inviting you to schedule your delivery for a specific day and time. You must schedule your delivery for your package to be delivered. If you do not receive a notification from MILE1, please contact us. Deadline for Same Day Delivery is December 20th.
- OVERNIGHT SHIPPING VIA COURIER IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN SELECT AREAS: Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Vaughan, Concord, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill (south of Major Mackenzie Drive), Thornhill, and Markham. DO NOT CHOOSE COURIER DELIVERY IF YOU ARE NOT SHIPPING TO ONE OF THESE LOCATIONS. Deliveries are between 10AM-6PM and packages must be signed for. Our courier service will leave packages in a safe place, but only with your written permission. Any orders that can not be delivered will be returned to the store and we will need to charge for redelivery. Order must be placed by 3:00PM, December 20th for Christmas delivery.
- WITHIN CANADA: SUGGESTED DEADLINE FOR ORDERING FOR CANADA POST DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS IS DECEMBER 19TH.
- PACKAGES FOR DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES MUST BE PLACED BY DECEMBER 17TH.
- DEADLINE FOR PACKAGES TO BE DELIVERED INTERNATIONALLY FOR DECEMBER 25TH HAS PASSED.
Please indicate to us in the Note section on the cart page whether you would like a gift receipt included. All orders will come with a receipt (with prices) unless you ask us not include it. Gift receipts will show the recipient the name of the person who placed the order. (Price stickers are always removed.)
We will provide gift wrap at your request on any order over $150. Please click on the box on the Shopping Cart page and add any special instructions. If there are multiple gifts, we will indicate what is in each box. If the gifts are being shipped directly to the recipient, you may leave us instructions for tagging each present. We will include a Bergo Designs branded gift bag and tissue for any difficult to wrap item(s).
REFUNDS FOR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
This is a very busy time for us and merchandise may sell out. Although we try our best to complete all orders, if anything from your order is no longer available you will be notified and a full refund for that item(s) will be applied.
